Positive Benefits

We now know that stem cells in two regions of our brains are responsible for continually generating new brain cells throughout or lifetime and can be accessed by certain activities, substances and lifestyle modifications. The question now is how and in what ways will neurogenesis improve my health and performance? Most of this improvement comes from the potential of increased cognitive capacity coming from more neurons to form mental connections and information transfer and absorption. However, this is only potential, and consistent use of the newly formed neurons must be implemented in order for them to truly enhance one's cognitive capacity for the long term.
